What I make and eat 8




Sometimes, convinience foods. In this instance the Gardein Mandarin Orange Crispy Chick'n.

Though I did saute off some onions, red peppers, and frozen peas to add to the sauce prior tot serving over brown rice for a more complete dinner. Tasty, quick, but for us, only very occasionally as it is on the pricy side, and we do prefer to make what we eat from (as much as possible) scratch most of the time.

I haven't tried that one yet. We have the crispy tenders on Ryan's night to cook.
