Ice-cream!! This one is a White Chocolate Ice-cream, very sweet and rich, though at the same time cool and refreshing, being that it is ice-cream after all. Investing my Air Miles in an ice-cream maker was such a good call!!
MMMM Ice cream...only yours though! I made another batch of vanilla yesterday because my mom had eaten up most of the last and I also made a maple pecan batch from the vanilla...so fricken good! By the way, my mom now says "forget the book, start a company...you'll make millions!" mostly from her but I think she's got something!

YUM! I'm not impressed with my ice-cream maker, it's not at all what I expected, but I will make lots and lots of ice-cream never-the-less.
