What I make and eat #28

Risotto!

This one is a roasted Brussels Sprouts and Broccoli Risotto, with peas. I pan roasted the brussels and broccoli with some rosemary, and stirred these, along with thawed peas, to the simple base risotto. Super yum alongside some 3 grain bread.


Almost at the end of MOFO!

I may need a wee bloggin break once it is done...
