I LOVE pasta and this looks great! Did you make the meatballs or are they like Morningstar? Lots of good ideas.
@shawn - made them. In the Slow Cooker and the recipe is in (so far) Q&E Vegan Slow cooking.

Pasta and "Meat Balls". These balls are cooked in the Slow Cooker, and (barring cuts in editing) are featured in Quick and Easy Vegan Slow Cooking - due out in January 2012. Pasta is a bit boring, but these balls elevate it to YUM!
