
This dinner is simple. Tofu cubes marinated in a mix of store bought black bean sauce, liquid smoke, mustard, orange juice, agave, garlic, and cilantro, then baked for about 1/2 hour at 400F or so. While the tofu was baking I cooked some brown rice and tossed that with some finely chopped scallions, then steamed some broccoli, which I then lightly sauteed with garlic, chili flakes and cilantro. Tastes superb!

Tofu is always better when vegans do it!!! Sometimes when we are out, the places just don't have the prep down!
