Half way through! MoFo sure goes fast when you're having fun.

For lunch yesterday (and leftovers today) I roasted a (cut into florets) head of cauliflower, and 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas in the oven at 450F until crispy and a little toasty. The chickpeas are chewy and firm, the cauliflower tender and caramelised just a little. I did season liberally with curry powder, chili flakes, as well as cumin and mustard seeds prior to tossing in a little oil and roasting.
The only bad thing is that this combination is a bit "windy" so maybe not for polite company!

I love roasted cauliflower... it just melts in your mouth. It must have been something with all those spices.
haha, nice heads up!
This is definitely a great quick meal to make though.
I wish I had this in front of me right this minute! Yum.
