What I make and eat #13

Mango Smoothie.

For breakfast sometimes, for lunch on other days. Made from blending frozen Mango, frozen Banana, Applesauce, a little Agave, and water (though sometimes soy milk).

If making onee for dessert I've even been known, on occasion, to add a scoop of vegan vanilla ice-cream!
