Just a teaser post - Green Seitan Curry, with the green curry paste IN the seitan as well as the sauce. (oh, rats, I've just given away my secret....)
Yum yum yum. When I first glanced at the photo I thought it was chicken, but then I realized that couldn't be right. I love green curry and this looks delightful!
