Wow this is definitely going on my "things to make" list. I'd love to serve this at a non-vegan party, looks like a great way to convert some of my friends!
I'm surprised at how many people think we don't eat well, and ready to prove them wrong!!

This looks soooooo good! I can imagine making some with berries and maybe peaches as well.
It would be wonderful with peaches! As written it is dried and fresh berries, but dried and fresh peaches would be super summer-y!
