I am already a fan on Facebook! I'm so looking forward to this book!! We're expecting our first baby on April 11th so I want to start practicing good vegan treats and baked goodies now for our family. I remember my father always baking in our kitchen when I was a child and I want my baby to have those memories, too.

I'd like to win the book, because I'm interested in how to bake without eggs. It's pretty easy to substitute rice milk for milk, and oil or margarine for butter, but I really haven't found a good substitute for eggs in several of the things I like to bake.
