This bread looks great but i cannot figure out the texture :-D is it like corn-bread but more Cilantrish+Chilish? Anyway i think i will try something like that next time we are gonna have Mexican food at home, it sounds like something that can be definitively served beside salsa, guacamole and chips.
Its a quickbread so has an almost muffin like texture but more of a cornbread muffin - flavoured with cilantro and chile!
Easily served with salsa, guacamole and chips!
