This book was published by Herbivore, and I really must encourage you to buy it through them. Actually, buy anything they sell through them, or another vegan business. (I like near Karmavore so I like to support them)
I must tell you now, you have to make her green bean recipe! so simple, so tasty. Biscuits are pretty good too.
The pictures are wonderful, and as I found out the other day drawn by the same artist who did the MoFo logo. Super talented. Her name is Amanda Chronister, and follow the link to her site.

I just received this book in the mail last week. Any suggestions for must-try recipes?
I need to use YRR mor often, I really hope some of her recipes come up in my MoFo cookbook challenge next week.

Kimberly - I LOVE her green beans! and I use her biscuit recipe often. There is a spicy coated tofu (can't remember name exactly) which is yummy too.
This is the one cookbook I have that I love to look at, but, for some unknown reason, I never cook from. What's wrong with me?! Maybe some biscuits are in order...
