Books I know I am getting because I have asked for them for Christmas. The are both intriguing in their approach and I want to read them, and have them on my shelves! 
The Complete Guide to Vegan Food Substitutions by Celine Steen and Joni Marie Newman (as linked to blogs previously, do I have to again????? oh, alright.)

I have never seen or heard of the other book, Complete Guide to Vegan Food Substitutions. I'll have to check that one out. :)
I'd never heard of the Vegan Substitutions book. That would also make a good gift to give to the omnivorous-yet-veg-curious folks in my life!
The Vegan Substitutions is due out early 2011, but is available for preorder on Amazon etc.
