Mo Fo 14

These are books I have used quite a bit, though to be honest Vegan Lunch Box more than Vegan Lunch Box Around the World. Maybe because I have had it for longer. The first time I made Injera, and an Ethiopian Wat was from Jennifer McCann's recipe. Her Seitan Pot Roast is yummy too. Its like visiting a whole bunch of other countries when you browse these books.

I have one of the self published VLB's and the change from that to VLBATW (too many letters) by way of layout is really noticeable. Not that the first one doesn't work, but the second makes sense more easily. Just with the menu suggestions and order of recipes.

Funnily enough I've never used either of these books for lunch box filling!

I'm with you -- I love these books, but I've never used anything for lunch ... it works just as well for dinner!

I cook more from Vegan Lunchbox for myself than I do for my kids! It's such an awesome book. I have the Around the World book, too, and there are few recipes in there I like, but my preference, like yours, is with the original.
