This year for Vegan Month of Food I'm going to be giving you a tour of my cookbook shelves, with all the ones I have and know I am getting. I've way more than 30 so will be doubling some up, mainly by author.I'll be posting a cover picture for each book (kindly borrowed from Amazon.com), linking each book to its Amazon page so you can read the review comments there if you wish, and also linking to the authors' blogs or websites. I may even tell you my favorite recipes from each.
To start things off I'm going to show you the books I have which I tested for - in no particular order...
Viva Vegan!, Terry Hope Romero
A must for everyone who even just thinks they like Latin foods. There is so much to suit everyone, from not at all spicy to super spicy, from needs special ingredients to not at all!
I have one thing to say to you - Caramelised Onion Quiche. Oh, and omelets, and Almond Gravy. So maybe more than just one thing. Loved testing for this book.
Lots and lots of cookies. My kids really liked the chocolate ones (whose name escapes me at the minute - comments anyone) you have to roll in loads of icing sugar! I made so many recipes in testing I think I turned into a cookie. Nice GF options too.
I didn't test loads for this one, as half way through I started in testing for my own book! What I did test was yummy.
Isa (and Terry) can be found online at the PPK of course, where the PPK forums are, and Isa's blog and recipes and a wee shop, (follow the link above) and all sorts of stuff. Terry blogs here.
More about Isa and Terry coming over the next couple of posts, so the links are likely to be repeated.

Great idea for MoFo - I have total cook book envy already!
Happy MoFo'ing
:)
I LOVE vegan brunch. I'm jealous that you got to try these recipes before everyone else, but then I get to test for your books so I think it's all fair ;)
Happy MoFo!
I love seeing people use their cookbooks, we're all guilty of neglecting them!
Yes, this is a great idea! I've not tried the caramelized onion quiche yet, but I do love the omelets. And so does my omni mother! I have VV but haven't made anything yet. It's madness!
