Happy Birthday Karen! BONUS!
It was my friend Karen's birthday the other day, so I baked her a cake and decorated it her favourite colour, or at least what her children tell me is her favourite colour!

The cola gives an extra dimension to the chocolate-y ness of the cake. Really good and nice texture.
