What's for Dinner?

Yesterday, Risotto. Something else which is pretty quick and easy to make, with minimal clean up involved. Hooray for dishes like that. Everyone gets fed but I don't have to spend hours cooking to get it done.
Veggies - check, I included leeks, red pepper and peas this time, Grain - check, though not whole grain, Protein - no check, but lots of tofu eaten over the past few days so no lack there.
In the background some Dinner Biscuits. All in all a really nice dinner.
