A couple of Quinoa pictures for you.

Testing pictures that is - Vegan Latina is still going strong. We have -

Roasted Sweet and Nutty Stuffed Plantains and Pan Fried Spicy Quinoa & Beans (aka tacu tacu) and

Quinoa Corn "Chowder" with Limas and Ajii

I've also made a lovely "quinoto" - Qunioa and Oyster Mushroom Risotto, but have no pictures of that one. Didn't look great, but tasted wonderful!!

Apologies for missing a few days. I'm still testing for Terry, and Isa is starting to post more recipes for testing for her next book, so I'm getting a few of them in too.
