Mini Green Tea Glazed Green Tea Cupcakes
from the eternally wonderful Vegan Cupcakes Take over the World.
Made for the Staff Appreciation Lunch at M's School. The theme this year was Japanese and I volunteered to provide a dessert. These may not be traditionally Japanese, but the Matcha (green tea) powder they contain is!
