The seitan used to make these recipes is in itself a tester too. First up, something that looks like the dogs dinner. Its actually super tasty, very more-ish and really easy to eat, Fieojada Portabella - Hearty Brazilian Black Bean Stew (with seitan and portobello mushrooms). mmmm.
Then we have Seitan Saltado - Peruvian Seitan and French Fry Stir Fry. What? I hear you asking. Sounds a bit strange doesn't it, but let me assure you it tastes GREAT!
Now we have Shredded Seitan Empanadas ala Chilena. Like Latina Cornish Pasties, but with other stuff. Tastes good hot and cold!
and last for this Seitan themed testing post - Chipotle Seitan and Potato Tacos. Messy to eat, but ever so tasty.
We're really enjoying testing for this book! Can you tell.

Courtney, It is!! They all are. Even the stuff I've tested and I've thought before hand I won't like so much I like more than expected!!
Gentlemen,
"Fieojada", sounds funny for Brazilians.
The correct spelling is "Feijoada".
Here´s the original dish
