Sancocho Soup - A Vegan Latina Tester

aka - Root Vegetable Soup. Doesn't Sancocho sound more appetising!

A lot of the tester soups for this book so far have been filling and substantial. This one sure was, and tasty to boot.

Eating the corn was a little messy, but worth it!
