Chilies Rellenos con Papas y Alemdras - the name itself is a mouthful! Basically, stuffed and fried chilies. A bit of work, but REALLY good and so worth it.
Not something you'd whip up on a weeknight after work, but something you'd make to impress. Believe me, they are impressive - smooth and crisp at the same time and really tasty. Terry is a goddess.
