Tamales - a Vegan Latina Tester
I'd never even eaten tamales before making this, let alone made them. So believe me, if I can do it, you can. Though you will have to wait for the book!

I am glad you are back posting on this website. I am also glad you will be posting pictures of the tester recipes. I haven't dared to make the tamale yet. I might try them this week-end. I find that I made quite a few recipes at first, and though I really liked them all, I feel a little burn-out from the testing, but I need to get back into it.
I wonder if Terry will make mexican-style muffins...
and maybe if Terry doesn't I should!
I saw Isa and Terry making these on PPK and thought there was a LOT of work involved in them...but I am intrigued none-the-less as I've never had them before either.
