The Rice Challenge: Day 3

Breakfast -
Chocolate Caramel Rice Pudding

Lunch -
Plain steamed brown rice with broccoli and peanut sauce

Dinner -
Pumpkin (well Butternut Squash) Risotto.
All Yummy!!!!

Though with the wonderful creations you're coming out with it would be hard to get fed up!!

No, not fed up. I think rice is a bit of a blank canvas so if you;re eating it in different ways with different things, its easy to keep it intertesting.
