Update. Challange 6.

Nuts. In many shapes and forms nuts are fine in my tummy, peanut butter, almonds, cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts - not a symptom or tummy gurgle in sight! YAY! Not that I eat all that many nuts all that often, but they are great to add to salads, give bite to burgers, sprinkle on breakfast or dessert. You know.

Next up is soy. I'm planning tofu scramble for breakfast already!!

Good luck! Tofu scramble is our breakfast staple in all it's many variations... I would cry if we couldn't eat it..
