Sorry, but I thought I'd better warn you.
I'm not planning on doing a great deal of anything much in the kitchen for the next month or so. I think I have been having reactions to some of the foods I am eating so am doing an Elimination / Challenge diet to try and sort it out.
In the beginning especially I am eating very simply, boring-ly in fact, so unless I get creative for some other reason there may not be many exciting food posts on the way. Which is a shame as I had a bunch of stuff planned to make, but sorting out how I'm feeling and my health has to take priority!
I've also started back in my running programme. I didn't mention it I think, but I really hurt my knees by running too much on pavement, and I needed to stop until they got better. They're better now, I'm back to the beginning and making sure I run on grass or trails.
and, of course, If I bake for the children I'll be sure to take photos and pop it on the blog.
